1. Introduction

Welcome to the WforWakeup Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an Affiliate (“you,” “your”), you agree to abide by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and WforWakeup.com (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By participating in our Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll in the program.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To join our program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our brand values.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Commissions & Payments

A. Commission Rate

  • Affiliates earn 30% commission on each valid sale referred through their unique affiliate link.
  • Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion, with prior notice.

B. Eligible Sales & Tracking

  • Commissions are only awarded on completed, non-refunded sales.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture.
  • Sales are tracked using cookies, which remain active for X days (e.g., 30 days) from the initial visit.
  • If a customer clears cookies or uses a different browser/device, tracking may not apply.

C. Payment Schedule & Methods

  • Commissions are paid 14 days after a completed sale to account for our 14-day refund policy.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $100. If your balance is below $100, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.
  • Payments are processed monthly via [payment method] within X days (e.g., 15 days) after the end of each month.
  • Any fraudulent, disputed, or refunded transactions will result in commission deduction or withholding.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Engage in spam (email, social media, forums, etc.).
  • Use false, misleading, or deceptive claims to promote our products.
  • Offer cashbacks, discounts, or incentives not officially approved by us.
  • Run paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) bidding on “WforWakeup” or similar branded keywords.
  • Use their affiliate link for personal purchases.
  • Engage in cookie stuffing, URL masking, or unauthorized redirects.
  • Promote our products on illegal, offensive, or inappropriate websites.

Violating these rules may result in termination, commission forfeiture, and legal action.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • We have a 14-day refund policy. Therefore, affiliate payouts are deposited 14 days after the purchase date to ensure no refunds were issued.
  • If a sale is refunded, the associated commission will be deducted from your earnings.
  • If a sale results in a chargeback or fraud detection, no commission will be paid.
  • Affiliates found to be abusing the refund system to gain commissions will be removed from the program.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

  • Affiliates may use approved banners, logos, and promotional materials provided by us.
  • Do not modify or misrepresent our brand, products, or pricing.
  • Do not create fake social media pages, websites, or ads that appear to be official WforWakeup platforms.

We reserve the right to revoke usage rights at any time if our branding is misused.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if:

  • There is a violation of these Terms.
  • The affiliate engages in fraudulent activity.
  • The affiliate has been inactive for X months (e.g., 6 months) without generating sales.

If your account is terminated for violating our policies, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

8. Independent Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or partners of WforWakeup.

  • Affiliates cannot act on behalf of WforWakeup, sign contracts, or claim to represent the company.
  • We do not provide tax documentation or employment benefits. Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page.

Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
